Two Twelve Ridgeview Medical Center
Berg Drywall & Plastering partnered with Mortenson on the 212 Medical Center. This is a 180,000 mixed-use Medical Specialists' Building scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2010.

Harmon Library - Phoenix, AZ
Harmon Library is located in south Phoenix, AZ. This 12,500 SF library provides a welcoming transition from the exterior, decking leads to a central service station. Inside you will find children's story rooms, interactive learning spaces, a 60-person capacity meeting room, patio spaces, and computer rooms. This library building features architecture with an environmentally sensitive design. The library is designed with many multi-functional spaces to remodel areas for possible future needs.
